4. Nature of the Items
The items sold:
Small irregularities, variations in fabric/knit, finish, or structure are part of the item's identity and do not constitute a defect.
5. Availability
Due to the exclusive nature of the stock, availability is extremely limited. Order confirmation only occurs after payment validation.
VEEHANA does not guarantee the replacement of any item.
6. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable legal rate, when due.
VEEHANA reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, safeguarding orders that have already been confirmed.

Offline Purchases
For offline purchases, please contact us via email to receive instructions for payment by Bank Transfer.
Kindly note that most VEEHANA pieces are unique or edition-limited. Availability is not guaranteed until payment confirmation is received.
Orders are formally allocated and registered only after proof of transfer has been received.
8. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer within an estimated period of [●] business days.
VEEHANA is not responsible for delays attributable to third parties, including carriers.
The risk is transferred to the customer upon delivery.
9. Right of Free Resolution
Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the consumer customer has a period of 14 days after receipt of the item to exercise the right of free resolution, except in cases provided for by law.

If the item has a defect that does not correspond to the characteristics described, the customer must report the situation within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt, by sending photographic evidence to jveehana@gmail.com
