Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

All orders are dispatched via UPS or DHL. Delivery timeframes are provided as an estimate and may vary due to payment authorization, stock confirmation, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.
As VEEHANA primarily offers unique, runway, and edition-limited pieces, availability is confirmed only upon successful payment. Orders are processed sequentially.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, a second email will be sent containing your UPS tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status directly through the carrier.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed in full before payment confirmation.

Offline Purchases
For offline purchases, please contact us via email to receive instructions for payment by Bank Transfer.
Kindly note that most VEEHANA pieces are unique or edition-limited. Availability is not guaranteed until payment confirmation is received.
Orders are formally allocated and registered only after proof of transfer has been received.
Returns
In accordance with applicable European consumer law, clients may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Due to the exclusive nature of our pieces, exchanges are not available.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise required by law.
